Is there a limit to the number of nights to stay?
There is. You can stay up to 24 nights per year free of charge.

Can I stay longer than 24 nights I am entitled to?
Yes, it is possible. You can purchase the rights for the missing nights before booking. However, if the number of additional nights exceeds 24, you must first purchase two membership units. Please note in advance.

How many members can I register?
Up to six members can be registered, both individuals and companies. In addition to the member owner (or representative director in the case of a legal entity), the spouse and first-degree relatives (parents or children) of the member can be registered as eligible members for individuals. In the case of a legal entity, the spouse and first-degree relatives (parents or children) of the directors, employees and representative director can be registered.

Is it possible to accommodate guests alone?
Yes, it is possible. In this case, please note that the guest and accompanying persons must be screened in advance. However, the days of stay are based on the member holder's rights and can be used within those terms and conditions. The member holder is also jointly and severally liable for any damage caused by the guest.

Can I use the facilities in groups?
Groups are not generally accepted. There is a fixed number of guests per room, so please use the rooms within the specified number.

Are barrier-free measures provided?
We are sorry, but only the minimum level required by the Building Code has been implemented.

Can I bring my pet to stay?
We are sorry, but we do not allow pets in our facilities.

Do I have to do the cleaning myself?
Cleaning of the rooms is arranged by the management company.

Are there any costs other than the accommodation management fee during the year?

There are no costs, including accommodation costs, until the number of accommodation entitlement days has been exceeded.

Will there be more club facilities in the future?
We will develop new facilities every year. We are working on a future plan to expand the area from Osaka to Kansai and from all over Japan to East Asia.

Can I use the new Club facilities?
Yes, you can. However, the number of days you can stay and other conditions will depend on the size of the room.

Can I transfer my facility membership?
You cannot transfer it for a period of two years from the date of delivery. After two years, it can be transferred. However, a prior assessment is required due to membership eligibility and other conditions. If you sell without permission, it will be a breach of contract and you will not be able to use the Club's facilities immediately. The contract for transfer is very complicated, so please be sure to contact us for more information.
